Community Partnership Grant

The Shirin Fozdar Programme invites applications for our Community Partnership Grant from non-profit organisations, charities, and associations working to empower women in Singapore and beyond. We welcome this as opportunity for greater collaboration with a wide range of partners.

Interested applicants can apply for sponsorship of their event/project, if they meet the objectives listed below. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, but we recommend you apply at least two months prior to the start of your event/project. Priority will be given to events/projects with a focus on womens' roles in and contributions to community. All decisions regarding the grant rest with the Shirin Fozdar Programme Advisory Board. Applicants will be notified of their application outcome via email.

Objectives
  • To equip girls, women and families in need, with life skills and resources to nurture a resilient community.
  • To organize conferences, dialogues and research to enhance a gender perspective in national policies.
  • To partner with businesses, policy makers, private and non-profit organisations to design collective programmes for change that are beneficial to girls and women, particularly those who are disadvantaged or marginalised.
  • To develop and support community capability resources to add value to girl’s and women’s developmental growth.

Quantum

Up to $5,000

Conditions

The grant will be awarded at the organisation level; to be used to meet the project goals in consultation with SFP.

Deliverables include a post-event impact report, as well as 20 high resolution photos and video, if available, to be used on SFP's website and social media platforms.
